My first JavaScript project was a website that asks for the users location and then fetches weather updates from an API to show a live weather reading. This website was meant to show, timezone, temperature and a comment about how cold or hot it was. Nothing worked.

It was just a static webpage. The only thing my Javascript did was add a pop up requesting users location. This really knocked my confidence as I was struggling a lot with Javascript and knew I would need a lot more practise.
